What we're up too....

I can't believe so much time has passed since I posted I will do a brief catch-up here now, then hopefully I will keep up with what we're doing.
Our life now-

We had a baby in April! Beautiful Addicyn Renae. She is such a joy! We adore her! Terra and Jae may even love her to death! lol. they have the best of intentions, but a 4yr old and a 2yr old just sometimes don't know any better, or don't pause to remember. (I will do another post just about her delivery another time). We had her blessing at the beginning of May. (Again, a more specific post later). It amazes me that she is already 2 months old! Where has the time gone?! She is starting to smile a lot more- and coo and have "conversations". If you speak slowly to her with eye contact, she'll smile and coo back. then you speak again , and she'll reply again. It is so much fun! She's holding her head so well, almost has it totally down! She still bobs a little occasionally.

Terra finished Preschool a couple weeks ago! So much fun! She loved her teacher and had a ton of fun with a few of her classmates. She is getting all geared up for Kindergarten this fall! Jaelyn will be old enough to start first-year preschool- we are still working on seeing if she'll be placed into a class or wait until next year. We've been doing a lot of study at home through books, art, and play.
Terra and her closest friend from school- Haidyn. They were always together!

Terra and her teacher Mrs. John

Scott is in CDL school. He started at the beginning of May. He works M-F full time then goes to school on Sat & Sun all day. We get a few hours with him in the evenings. We are hoping that he can get a job that can better provide for our family. Our first plan that we are working toward is him getting a job out-of-state with an oil company as a crude oil driver. This would pay very well and be a huge blessing for our family. We want this! Our back-up plan B is to get a job using his CDL but stay here in AZ. Either way he will be in the trucking field. He is super excited! His current employers have been wonderful! Helping in whatever ways possible and being flexible with us as he works toward his CDL.He will finish school at the end of June! The first 4 weeks was book work. Study learn rules etc. He got his permit, and these next 4 weeks will be the driving weeks! He loves it! His driving instructor said he was "really good- 1 in 20! -that good!"

Scott also has a  motorcycle. We bought it with income taxes so he would have transportation to & from school in Phx without leaving me stranded all day. Also if he got a job out-of-state, he could go a few weeks before us and we both have transportation still.

We've been sick this week- fevers, coughs, aches, upset stomach, - so there isn't anything really exciting to share from this week. We are on the mend though! It's been great seeing my girls help take care of each other.  Hope you have an awesome week! If I don't get any other posts posted this week, I will for sure do one next Sunday! :) ~Destiny
