Kaylee's doing better! ~  our prayers are answered!

 

 

last post-  I posted about my neice kaylee and her & her family needing prayers! Afterward, I have given much thought about that... What do we pray for exactly? That she'll get better? Strength? Comfort? The best? ~ After giving it much thought and consulting with my husband about it we decided E. All of the above AND MOSTLY that the Lord will guide them through this, that His plan be accomplished, and that they will have Heavens aide in whatever that entails.

 

Kaylee is doing much better! It has been a long week though for my sister and her family though! They have stayed at the hospital in a "nesting" room while Kaylee is in the NICU. We've been watching her older little girl, Danika (2 yrs old) while Arena has been in the hospital with Kaylee. Last night was their first night away from Kaylee and they stayed here at my house, since we live so close to the hospital. They all have pretty much been living out of a backpack this whole week and a half- between being at the hospital with Kaylee & consulting with doctors, and trying to see Danika as much as possible, this sure has been a long week for all of them!  It's not in vain though, Kaylee is doing so well now. She's still in the hospital, but she's getting better!  Matt has been so diligent about keeping everyone updated about her progress. Here's a text, from him...

 

"Kaylee is doing good today, she is eating way more now. But still threw the feeding tube and nother out of the bottle. They are putting her on a blood thinner to dissipate the clot away. They are doing more labs today witch we will get results tomorrow. Its looking good but all prayers we appreciate!"
